Seandell Ericson Hawkins Killed in Killeen Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 14

Killeen, Texas (July 28, 2020) – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident Sunday evening in Killeen, according to authorities.

The fatal crash happened at about 5:50 p.m., July 26, on Interstate Highway 14 between Stan Schlueter Loop and Rosewood Drive.

According to a preliminary investigation, Seandell Ericson Hawkins, 53, was riding a red motorcycle at a high rate of speed eastbound in the outside lane of the highway when he rear-ended a Toyota 4Runner.

The impact ejected Hawkins from the motorcycle. He was found lying unresponsive in the roadway and was declared dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet.

The four occupants of the 4Runner sustained minor injuries in the crash.
