Sebastian Medina-Page ID’d as Worker Killed in Austin Industrial Accident at Hurst Creek Arm in Austin
Austin, Texas (March 10, 2019) – Authorities have identified the worker who was killed last month in an industrial accident in Austin as Sebastian Medina-Page, 38.
The fatal accident occurred at an unknown time Thursday, February 21 in the Hurst Creek Arm area of Lake Travis.
Authorities said Medina-Page was called to the area to fix a broken water pump at a private residence. He went underwater to repair but reportedly did not resurface.
Medina-Page died at the scene.
As per the report, it appeared a tangled tether contributed to the accident.  The crash remains under investigation.
