Dallas, TX –  The Dallas Medical Examiner’s Office has identified two more people who were killed in a multi-car accident that killed four people killed on I-45 in Dallas on Saturday as Sergio Perdomo-Bautista, 44 and Oscar Garcia-Peraza, 41.

Another person, identified as 28-year-old Jarodrick Smith, was also killed in the accident.

According to the police, Smith was going home when a driver heading northbound on Interstate 45 near Simpson Stuart Road crashed into him and two other cars. Smith was transported to a local hospital where he died.

Three people, including Sergio Bautista and Oscar Garcia, were in the first car. All three were died at the scene.

Dallas, TX –  Four people are dead and two others injured following a multi-car accident in Dallas Saturday afternoon.

According to Dallas police, the deadly accident happened at about 1 p.m. in the 9500 block of northbound Interstate 45 near Simpson Stuart Road.

According to initial reports, a vehicle was heading northbound on Interstate 45 when it crashed into another car. The impact caused the first vehicle to drive across the center median and into the southbound lane where it collided with two other cars before hitting a guardrail and overturning, authorities said.

Dallas police said the drivers of the two southbound vehicles were transported to local hospitals. Officials confirmed that one driver succumbed to their injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital. There is no word regarding the condition of the second patient.

According to the police, three people who were in the first vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the second car was injured and went to a local hospital.

No additional details regarding the accident were provided.

The deadly incident is under investigation.
