Police said a Honda pilot was traveling in the left lane of Houston Harte Expressway early when it struck a guardrail. The driver of the Honda overcorrected and collided with a Ford Explorer.
San Angelo, TX – Several people were injured after two vehicles collided, causing one of the vehicles to overturn on Houston Harte Expressway early Tuesday morning, according to San Angelo Police.
Police said a Honda pilot was traveling in the left lane of Houston Harte Expressway early when it struck a guardrail. The driver of the Honda overcorrected and collided with a Ford Explorer.
The impact caused the Explorer to roll over into the center median.
San Angelo police said the occupants of both vehicles were transported to Shannon Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the Honda driver was cited for failing to maintain one lane.
The accident remains under investigation.
