Shanna Roe Killed in Lubbock Bicycle Crash on 82nd Street 

Lubbock, Texas (October 14, 2022) – According to the police, a bicyclist died following a Wednesday morning crash in Lubbock.

The accident happened around 6:51 a.m., October 12, in the 900 block of 82nd Street.

Police said Luis Cisneros, 66, was driving a truck westbound on the street when he collided with Shanna Roe, 51, who was attempting to ride her bicycle across the street from the southbound to the northbound side.

Roe was taken to University Medical Center, where she later died.

No other injuries were reported.

The police are investigating the crash.
