Sharon Haley ID’d as Woman Killed in Fort Worth Car Crash at Mitchell Boulevard and South Beach Street

Fort Worth, Texas (December 9, 2019) – The woman who was killed in a suspected DUI crash that left four other people injured on Saturday evening in Fort Worth has been identified as Sharon Haley,61, of Fort Worth, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.

The fatal crash occurred around 5:45 p.m. on December 7, at the intersection of Mitchell Boulevard and S Beach Street.

Police said two vehicles were involved in a crash. One of the vehicles then attempted to leave the scene and hit another car.

Haley, who was a passenger in the third car, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Four other people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Juan Fernando Gonzalez Medina, 36, of Fort Worth, faces an intoxicated manslaughter charge, in connection to the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
