Sheila Buck Seriously Injured in Kilgore Three-Vehicle Crash on Duval Memorial Highway

Kilgore, Texas (September 13, 2019) – A woman was seriously injured in a three-vehicle crash on Thursday in Kilgore, according to a local news source.

The crash took place on Thursday, September 12, on Duval Memorial Highway.

Police said Sheila Buck, 60, of Longview, was driving when she lost control of her car on the highway, crossed the median and hit an oncoming 18-wheeler. Her car then ricocheted off the truck and hit a pickup truck.

Buck was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, including broken bones.

Officers said speed was a likely factor in the crash.

An investigation is underway.
