Shelvin Keller Identified as Second Victim in Fatal Marshall Crash on Highway 59 and Loop 390

Marshall, Texas (May 11, 2019) – The second victim killed in a two-vehicle collision that took place in Marshall Wednesday night has been identified as Shelvin Keller from Louisiana, according to a local news source.
The deadly collision occurred just after 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, on Highway 59 and Loop 390.
According to the investigators, Keller was riding in a car that was turning from Highway 59 onto Loop 390 when an 18-wheeler struck it.
Both Keller and the other occupant of the car, Jacrobi Scott, were pronounced dead at the scene.
No injuries were reported from the occupants of the big rig.
The authorities are investigating the wreck.
