Stanley Curran Killed in Austin Pedestrian Crash on Interstate Highway 35

Austin, Texas (June 24, 2021) – According to the police, a man was killed on Sunday in a hit-and-run accident in Austin.

The deadly accident happened around 7:18 a.m., on June 20, in the 12200 block of S Interstate Highway 35 Service Road.

Police said Stanley Frank Curran, 76, was struck by an unknown vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.

Curran was discovered by a security guard doing his morning rounds of the property.

Curran was pronounced dead at the scene.

Debris located at the scene are believed to belong to a 2019-2021 silver Toyota Corolla. . The suspect vehicle should have significant front-end damage.
