Steven Duenas Killed in Port Arthur Motorcycle Crash on State Highway 73

Port Arthur, Texas (July 26, 2022) – According to the police, one person was killed Monday morning in a motorcycle crash in Port Arthur.

The deadly accident happened just before 6:00 a.m., July 25, in the 2000 block of State Highway 73.

Police said a pickup truck failed to yield the right of way and pulled out in front of a motorcycle, causing the motorcycle to hit the truck.

The motorcyclist, 27-year-old Steven Duenas of Port Arthur, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Criminal Investigations Division of the Port Arthur Police Department is investigating the crash.
