Steven Weaver, Teresa Weaver, Steven Dauzat and Mason Parker Hospitalized after Polk County  Car Crash on State Highway 146
Polk County, Texas (May 1, 2019) – Four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon on a Polk County highway, according to the DPS.
The crash happened at about 12:20 p.m. April 29, on State Highway 146.
DPS said Steven Weaver, 54, of Goodrich, was driving a 2013 Ford SUV southbound on the highway while Steven Dauzat, 18, of Livingston was driving a 1995 Ford pickup northbound.
Dauzat tried to make a left turn onto Providence Road and turned in front of the SUV, resulting in a collision.
Steven Weaver and his mother, Teresa Weaver, 60, were taken to CHI St. Luke’s Memorial Hospital in Livingston in unknown condition. Dauzat and his passenger, Mason Parker, 18, were also taken to CHI St. Luke’s Memorial Hospital.
No further details were provided.
The DPS is investigating the crash.
