Steven Williams Killed in Motorcycle Accident on SH 136 in Hutchinson County

Steven Williams ID’d as Man Killed in Hutchinson County Motorcycle Accident on SH 136
Hutchinson County, Texas (April 29, 2019) – The man who was killed Sunday afternoon in a motorcycle accident in Hutchinson County has been identified as 65-year-old Steven Williams, according to a local news release.
The fatal crash happened at about 12:45 p.m. April 28, on SH 136, west of Borger.
As per the release, Jacie Huneycutt was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic c when she looked down to check her phone. At the same time, Williams lost control of his 2009 Harley Davidson motorcycle and fell onto the roadway. Huneycutt didn’t look up from her phone and ran over Williams.
The force of the impact caused the Chevrolet to leave the roadway and crash into the trees.
Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
