Tabitha Garneau Killed in Midland Pedestrian Accident on West Loop 250

Midland, Texas (February 15, 2021) – A woman was killed Saturday night in a hit-and-run crash in Midland, according to police.

The deadly accident happened around 10:00 p.m., February 13, in the 5300 block of West Loop 250.

Police said Tabitha Garneau, 34, of Oklahoma, was struck by a vehicle that then fled the scene. Garneau was killed in the crash and was found lying on the service road.

The authorities are looking for the hit-and-run suspect.
