Tobias Fiedler Killed in Millican Bicycle Crash on FM 2154 Millican, Texas (October 31, 2020) – One person was killed in a bicycle accident Wednesday evening west of Millican, according to the Texas DPS. The deadly crash happened around 7:00 p.m., October 28, on FM 2154 between Day Road and FM 159.
