36-Year-Old Rayhaan Traboulay Killed in Refugio Pedestrian Accident on US 77 Refugio, Texas (March 26, 2020) – A man was fatally hit by a semi-trailer Tuesday morning, five miles north of Refugio, according to the DPS.
