15-Year-Old Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on FM 1937

San Antonio, Texas (April 17, 2021) – A 15-year-old boy was fatally hit by a car Friday night in San Antonio, according to deputies.

The deadly accident happened around 11:00 p.m., April 16, on FM 1937 at Acresita.

Deputies said the teenager was walking on the side of the road when he was struck by a southbound vehicle.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Officers said the driver was not intoxicated at the time of the accident.

No other details were provided.

The deputies are investigating the crash.
