Teenager Seriously Injured in North Austin Pedestrian Accident at North Lamar Boulevard and Ferguson Drive

Austin, Texas (June 15, 2020) – A teenager was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident Saturday morning in North Austin, according to officials.

The accident took place just after 11:00 a.m. June 13, at the intersection of North Lamar Boulevard and Ferguson Drive.

Officials said the teenager was struck by a vehicle, for unknown reasons, at the intersection.

The victim was taken to Dell Children’s Medical Center, with potentially serious injuries. He was declared a trauma alert.

No other information regarding the accident was immediately available.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
