Teens Injured on February 12, 2014 Near Englin, Texas

According to recent news, on February 12, 2014, in Jefferson County, near Winnie, Texas, a 13 year old girl, Cecilia Olvera, and her 14 year old brother, Juan Olvera, were struck by a Dodge pickup being driven by Glen Luckey, resulting in the teens being transported to Memorial Hermann by life flight. Apparently the teens were close to their residence on Texas Highway 73 near Englin when Mr. Luckey’s Dodge truck lost control and struck the teens, pining them underneath the vehicle.
