Thoi Ho ID’d as Man Killed in Montgomery County Pedestrian Accident on Highway 59
Montgomery County, Texas (February 4, 2019) – The man who was struck and killed by a vehicle Sunday in Montgomery County has been identified as Thoi Hull Ho, according to authorities.
The deadly accident occurred at an unspecified time Sunday, February 3 on Highway 59.
Authorities said Ho had exited his vehicle following a previous crash on Highway 59 when he was struck by a passing vehicle.
Ho was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
