Thomas Curtis McNeill Killed in Heidenheimer Two-Vehicle Crash at US 190 and Business US 190

Heidenheimer, Texas (September 18, 2020) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday in Heidenheimer, according to troopers.

The fatal crash happened on September 16, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 190 and Business Highway 190.

Troopers said Thomas Curtis McNeill, 93, of Rogers, was driving a Ford F-150 on Business US 190 when he pulled onto US 190 and failed to yield to oncoming traffic. McNeill pulled into the path of an eastbound 2002 Chevrolet Suburban driven by a 25-year-old man from Caldwell, and the Ford was rear-ended by the Suburban.

McNeill was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
