Three Customers Injured After Car Crashes into Coppell Starbucks at North Denton Tap Road

Coppell, Texas (July 23, 2020) – Three people were injured Thursday morning after a car plowed into a Starbucks in Coppell, according to police.

The crash happened just before 7:30 a.m. at the Starbucks in the 100 block of North Denton Tap Road. The coffee store is located in a strip shopping center.

Police said a driver pulled up in front of the Starbucks, and for unknown reasons, drove through the front window of the business.

Three customers at the coffee shop sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Two of them were taken to local hospitals for treatment.

The police are investigating the crash.
