Tremayne Montgomery Killed in Houston Dirt Bike Crash on Airport Boulevard; Alfred Woods Charged

Houston, Texas (March 4, 2023) – A teenager was killed, and another was injured last month in a hit-and-run dirt bike crash in Houston, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened on February 21, in the 1800 block of Airport Boulevard.

Police said Tremayne Montgomery, 16, and an 18-year-old were riding a dirt bike when an SUV hit the dirt bike and at least one of the teens.

Montgomery and the other teen were taken to the hospital, where Montgomery was pronounced dead. The 18-year-old was listed in critical but stable condition.

The SUV driver, Alfred E. Woods, 42, was charged with two counts of failure to stop and render aid last month, but charges of murder and aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury were also filed against him on Thursday, March 2.

The police are investigating the crash.
