2 Hospitalized after Corpus Christi Two-Vehicle Crash at Minton Street and Lexington

Corpus Christi, Texas (September 20, 2019) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening in Corpus Christi, according to a local news source.

The crash happened around 5 p.m. September 18, at the intersection of Minton Street and Lexington in the Hillcrest /Washington-Coles area.

According to witnesses, the driver of a black Chevrolet subcompact car didn’t see the stop sign because of tall grass and crashed into a red Toyota at the intersection.

The impact pushed the Toyota into someone’s yard.

Two people in the Toyota were taken to the hospital for treatment. They are expected to survive.

The crash remains under investigation.
