2 Injured in College Station Two-Vehicle Crash on George Bush Drive near Farm to Market Road 2818

College Station, Texas (June 13, 2019) – Two people were injured on Tuesday in a hit-and-run accident in College Station, a local news source reported.

The collision happened on Tuesday, June 11, near the intersection of George Bush Drive and Farm to Market Road 2818.

As per the report, the University Police Department was attempting to stop a vehicle on George Bush Drive, when the driver fled the scene. The suspect then crashed into another vehicle near the intersection.

Two people inside the vehicle were taken to CHI St. Joseph Health in Bryan for treatment.

Police were able to stop the vehicle and they detained the passenger. The driver stole a Dodge Utility truck and fled the scene. The Dodge was later found ditched in Evergreen Circle.
