Two Injured in Car Crash at CR 2700 and CR 7200 in Lubbock

2 Women Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash at CR 2700 and CR 7200

Lubbock, Texas (November 28, 2020) – Two women were injured Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Lubbock, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The crash happened on November 27, at the intersection of County Road 2700 and County Road 7200.

DPS said an 18-year-old woman was driving eastbound on CR 2700 when she failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and crashed into a pickup truck.

The woman was taken to University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The pickup driver also sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash. Her 2-year-old child was uninjured in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
