Two Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash at College Hills Blvd and Southland Avenue in San Angelo

Two Hospitalized After San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash at College Hills Blvd and Southland Avenue

San Angelo, Texas (September 26, 2020) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning in San Angelo, according to police.

The crash happened on September 25, at the intersection of S. College Hills Boulevard and Southland Avenue.

Police said a red Pontiac G6 was traveling eastbound on Southland Avenue and was stopped at the stop sign while a white Honda Odyssey van was traveling northbound on College Hills.

The Pontiac turned into the path of the van, resulting in a collision.

One of the drivers was unresponsive after the crash.

Airbags deployed in both vehicles after the collision.

The Pontiac driver was taken to Shannon Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The van driver was taken to the hospital by private vehicle with minor injuries.

Officers said the Pontiac driver will be cited for failure to yield the right of way.

The crash remains under investigation.
