Two Injured in Wrong-Way Crash on I-37 and Drexel in San Antonio

Two Hospitalized after San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on I-37 and Drexel

San Antonio, Texas (April 25, 2020) – Two people were injured Friday night in a wrong-way crash in San Antonio, according to police.

The crash happened around 10:30 p.m. on April 24, in the area of Interstate 37 and Drexel.

Police said a man was driving on the wrong side of the highway when he crashed head-on into another vehicle.

Both drivers were taken to local hospitals and were listed in stable condition.

Officers said alcohol was a possible factor in the crash and that charges are still pending.

The crash remains under investigation.
