Valerie Garcia and Three Children Injured in Victoria Two-Vehicle Crash; Jessica Cuella Arrested

Victoria, Texas (April 7, 2021) – A woman and her three children were seriously injured on Monday in a DUI crash in Victoria, according to police.

The crash occurred on April 5. The exact location of the crash was not mentioned in the report.

Police said Valerie Garcia, 27, of Victoria, was driving when her car was struck by a suspected intoxicated driver.

Garcia and her three children ages, 5, 7, and 8, were taken to a local hospital with critical serious bodily injuries.

The suspected intoxicated driver, Jessica Cuella, 40, was arrested and has been charged with three counts of intoxicated assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury.

No further details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
