Woman and Toddler Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Southcross Boulevard
San Antonio, Texas (November 28, 2020) – A woman in her mid-30s and a 2-year-old child were killed Friday night in a head-on collision in San Antonio’s Southeast Side, according to police.
The fatal crash happened around 6:30 p.m., November 27, in the 3700 block of East Southcross Boulevard.
Police said a silver SUV was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Southcross Boulevard when it crashed head-on into a gray sedan driven by a 48-year-old woman.
The SUV driver and a 2-year-old passenger in the Sedan were killed in the crash. The child was restrained with a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The sedan driver was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
