Woman Killed in Fort Worth Industrial Accident at Republic Services

Fort Worth, Texas (February 1, 2019) – A woman was killed in an industrial accident at a recycling plant in Fort Worth on Thursday morning, according to the authorities.
The fatal accident was reported early Thursday, January 31 at Republic Services.
The authorities said a 31-year-old woman from Fort Worth was working in the warehouse when a stack of bales became unstable and a 1-ton bale fell on her.
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The authorities are investigating the incident.
