Woman Killed in Forth Pedestrian Accident on Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway
Fort Worth, Texas (June 12, 2019) – A woman was fatally hit by vehicles early Tuesday morning in Fort Worth, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.
The crash occurred at about 2:30 a.m. June 11, on the Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway near Miller Avenue.
Police said the woman was trying to cross the freeway when a car hit her. She was subsequently ran over by up to five other vehicles.
The victim died at the scene. Her identity was not immediately released.
The driver who first hit the pedestrian remained at the scene.
Fort Worth police are investigating the deadly crash.
