Woman Seriously Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on U.S. Highway 181

San Antonio, Texas (February 4, 2021) – A woman was hit by a car Wednesday night in San Antonio’s Far Southeast Side, according to police.

The accident happened around 11:00 p.m., February 3, on U.S. Highway 181 near Interstate 37.

Police said the woman was in the roadway when she was hit by a white car.

The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The car driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

The police are investigating the crash.
