Woman Critically Injured in San Antonio Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident on Mission Road and Roosevelt Avenue

San Antonio, Texas (April 3, 2020) – A woman was critically injured Thursday night in an alleged hit-and-run accident in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened around 11:00 p.m. on April 2, in the area of Mission Road and Roosevelt Avenue near Mission San Jose.

According to the police, witnesses said the woman was struck by a white truck at the intersection. The driver then fled the scene.

The woman was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The police are looking for the driver.

The crash closed the intersection.

No further details were available.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
