Person Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Broadway Avenue near Loop 410

San Antonio, Texas (July 29, 2019) – A woman was fatally hit by a truck Monday morning in San Antonio, police said.

The deadly accident occurred just before 6:00 a.m. Broadway Avenue just inside Loop 410.

According to a preliminary investigation, the woman was crossing the street when she was hit by a truck.

The truck driver stopped and cooperated with the authorities.

The woman was killed in the crash. Her name has not been disclosed.

The police are investigating the crash.
