Woman Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Northwest Highway near Bachman Lake

Dallas, Texas (January 10, 2021) – A woman in her 60s was fatally hit by a vehicle Friday night in Dallas, according to police.

The deadly accident occurred on January 8, in the 3100 block of West Northwest Highway near Bachman Lake.

Police said the woman was crossing the highway when she was struck by an eastbound pickup truck driven by a man.

The woman was taken to a local hospital where she later died. Her name has not been released.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
