46-Year-Old Woman Hospitalized after Abilene Crash on Catclaw Drive

Abilene, Texas (August 25, 2019) – A woman was injured Friday evening in a two-vehicle crash in Abilene, authorities said.

The wreck occurred at about 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 23 in the 3400 block of Catclaw Drive.

According to the authorities, a silver sedan collided with a silver pickup truck for an unknown reason on Catclaw Drive. The force of the impact caused one of the vehicles to roll over and land on its roof.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and rendered aid to the 46-year-old woman. She was then taken to a nearby hospital for further medical treatment.

Authorities are still investigating the exact cause of the crash.
