Woman Injured in Crash with 18-Wheeler on Highway 249 in Harris County

Woman Hospitalized after Harris County Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 249

Harris County, Texas (April 26, 2020) – A woman was injured Sunday morning in a two-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler in Harris County, according to a local news source.

The crash happened on Highway 249.

Deputies said the woman was driving a Mustang when she ran a red light and collided with an 18-wheeler that was traveling southbound on Highway 249 feeder road.

The woman was taken to a local hospital and was listed in stable condition.

The 18-wheeler driver wasn’t seriously injured in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
