68-Year-Old Woman Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Katy Freeway near I-610

Houston, Texas (December 16, 2019) – A 68-year-old woman was killed Sunday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Houston, according to the police.

The crash was reported around 12:30 a.m. December 15, on eastbound Katy Freeway near I-610.

Police said a Chevy Impala rear-ended a Lexus ES-300 on eastbound Katy Freeway.

A female passenger in the Lexus was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital where she later died.

The driver and another passenger in the Lexus sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The Chevy driver was uninjured in the crash. 

The police are investigating the crash.
