Woman Killed in Denton 8-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35W near Crawford Road

Denton, Texas (June 22, 2020) – A woman was killed in an 8-vehicle crash Sunday morning in Denton, according to police.

The deadly crash happened around 4:00 a.m. June 21, on Interstate 35W, near Crawford Road.

Police said the crash involved eight vehicles.

A woman was ejected from one of the vehicles and was declared dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

Other drivers were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

No further details were provided.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
