Woman Injured in Spring Pedestrian Accident near W. Rayford and Northcrest 

Spring, Texas (July 24, 2019) – A woman walking her dogs was hit by a vehicle Wednesday morning in Spring, according to the deputies.

The accident occurred around 7:00 a.m. near W. Rayford and Northcrest.

Deputies said the woman was walking in a crosswalk when she was hit by a vehicle.

The victim was taken to the hospital with a broken arm. Her dogs were uninjured in the crash.

The car driver was issued a citation.

An investigation is underway.
