Austin, TX – Six people were injured in a car accident in east Austin on Friday night, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.
The accident was reported shortly after 7 p.m. on March 21, at 10127 Decker Lane near Highway 290.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision and one person was trapped in one of the vehicles.
Three patients were taken to Dell Seton Medical Center. One of the patients had critical, life-threatening injuries and the other two had serious injuries.

Three other parties were evaluated for minor injuries but refused transport to the hospital.
Roads were expected to be closed in the area as authorities worked to clear the scene.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
