Connor McCaffety and his parent died when they were struck by an 18-wheeler at a construction zone along Highway 36

Milam County, TX – The authorities have identified three people who died in a two-vehicle traffic collision on Highway 36 in Milam County on Monday evening.
The victims were identified as Rogers Independent School District junior Connor McCaffety and his parents Clint and Meghan McCaffety.
Authorities said Connor, who is a baseball player, and his parents were on the way to the junior’s baseball game near Milano when they were struck by an 18-wheeler at a construction zone along Highway 36 at around 5 p.m. on March 31.
All three family members died in the accident.
No additional information is available at this time.
