According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash involving two vehicles, happened at about 12:30 p.m. on April 3 near the intersection of SH-11 and Nelson Road, just north of Luella.

Grayson County, TX – The authorities have identified two passengers who died following a two-vehicle collision that left four other people injured on State Highway 11 in Grayson County on Thursday afternoon.
Texas DPS identified the deceased victims as Nohomy Sarai Hidalgo-Pinell, 20, and Haydee Hidalgo-Pinell, 50.
The deadly collision occurred at about 12:30 p.m. on April 3 near the intersection of SH-11 and Nelson Road, just north of Luella.
Investigators said a Toyota Camry, operated by Juana Hidalgo-Pinell of Sherman, was traveling southbound on State Highway 11 and slowed down to make a left-hand turn onto Nelson Road. A Ford F-250, operated by Hagen Blake Anderson, 22, of Woodson, failed to control its speed and rear-ended the Toyota Camry.
Two passengers in the Toyota, later identified as Nohomy Hidalgo-Pinell and Haydee Hidalgo-Pinell, were killed in the incident.
Both drivers and two other passengers on the Camry were hospitalized.

Grayson County, TX – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is investigating a dead traffic collision on State Highway 11 in Grayson County on Thursday.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash involving two vehicles, happened at about 12:30 p.m. on April 3 near the intersection of SH-11 and Nelson Road, just north of Luella.
DPS said multiple people were killed in the collision.
The highway was shut down for several hours and was reopened at about 4 p.m.
