The fatal accident occurred around 2:10 a.m. on September 16, in the main lanes of northbound Highway 281 near the exit for Thousand Oaks Drive.

San Antonio, TX – A man in his 30s was killed early Tuesday morning in a multi-vehicle collision in San Antonio’s North Side, according to the San Antonio police.
The fatal accident occurred around 2:10 a.m. on September 16, in the main lanes of northbound Highway 281 near the exit for Thousand Oaks Drive.
Police said a man was driving a large pickup truck at a high rate of speed when he rear-ended a small pickup truck.
Two other vehicles were also struck during the accident.
A man in his 30s was pinned inside the small truck and was killed in the accident. His name has not been released.
No other injuries were reported in the accident.
The driver of the large pickup truck was detained at the scene for possibly driving while intoxicated.
The police are investigating the accident.
