Brandon Macomber Killed in 2-Car Accident at SH-176 and FM 1212 in Martin County
Martin County, TX – One person was killed and two others were injured following a two-vehicle accident at an intersection in Martin County Thursday afternoon, according to the Texas Department of Public.
The deadly accident happened at about 1:45 p.m. on February 13 at the intersection of State Highway 176 and FM 1212.

Investigators said a Ford F-250, operated by Christopher Tranovich, 45, of Ohio, was traveling eastbound on SH 176. Tranovich failed to yield the right of way to a westbound Toyota Camry operated by Jacob Hogan, 28, of Stephenville.
DPS said Hogan was seriously injured and was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital. His passenger, Brandon Macomber, 39, of Granbury, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Tranovich was also transported to Midland Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
