Bicyclist Injured in Crash with Vehicle on U.S. Highway 69 in Bullard

One Injured in Bullard Bicycle Accident on U.S. Highway 69 at County Road 3801

Bullard, Texas (March 26, 2020) – A bicyclist was hospitalized last Wednesday after he was struck by a vehicle in Bullard, according to the police.

The accident happened on Wednesday, March 18, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 69 and County Road 3801.

Bullard police said the bicyclist was traveling northbound on the highway when a blue passenger car driven by a woman failed to yield the right of way at the intersection, and the bicyclist hit the side of the car.

The bicyclist was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. His name has not been released.

The crash remains under investigation.
