Five Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash at Rivas and Zarzamora

San Antonio, Texas (February 29, 2020) – Five people were injured in a T-bone crash Friday night at a San Antonio intersection, according to a local news source.

The collision happened around 11:54 p.m. February 28, in the area of Rivas and Zarzamora.

Police said an SUV ran a red light at the intersection and was t-boned by a pick-up truck that was traveling on Zarzamora.

The impact caused the SUV to crash into a building.

Two people in the SUV and three people in the pick-up were treated at the scene for their injuries.

The SUV driver was issued a citation for a traffic violation.

An investigation is underway.
