Michael Corrigan Killed in Crash on Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway in Fort Worth

Fort Worth, Texas (April 17, 2019) – A man died in fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred in Fort Worth on Thursday morning, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.
The collision happened in the 500 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway at around 6 a.m. April 11.
The Fort Worth police said a vehicle failed to stop and render aid after hitting a pedestrian who was walking in the road.
The victim, Michael Corrigan, 27, was rushed to John Peter Smith Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The police are conducting an investigation into the hit-and-run accident.
