Motorcyclist Injured in Crash with Semi-Truck on FM 179 at CR 7250 in Wolfforth

47-Year-Old Man Injured in Wolfforth Motorcycle Accident on FM 179 at County Road 7250 near Evie Mae’s

Wolfforth, Texas (July 16, 2020) – A 47-year-old man was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident Wednesday afternoon in Wolfforth, according to a local news source.

The crash happened just before 10:00 p.m. July 15, on FM 179 at County Road 7250, just south of Evie Mae’s.

Police said a motorcycle and a semi-truck were traveling northbound on FM 179 when the truck slowed down to turn.

The motorcyclist attempted to pass the truck and other vehicles and struck the truck on the driver’s side.

The motorcyclist, a 47-year-old man, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
