26-Year-Old Obed Rojas Killed in Fort Worth Bicycle Accident on Interstate 20

Fort Worth, Texas (March 11, 2020) – The man who was killed in a bicycle accident Sunday night in Fort Worth has been identified as Obed Rojas, 26, of Fort Worth, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The deadly accident happened around 10:20 p.m. March 8, on Interstate 20, near Hulen Street.

Police said a woman was driving on the interstate when she hit Rojas, who was riding in the westbound lanes. Rojas was riding his bicycle in the dark area of the highway.

Rojas was declared dead at the scene. 

The woman stopped at the scene after the accident.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
